About Me

BIOGRAPHY

MY PAST

I've been performing professionally since I was 14 years old so I have had a lot of experience. Back then I performed in pubs, clubs and at private parties, doing either my own set, or backing vocals for a Wiltshire based Neil Diamond tribute act.

In May 1998 I helped set up a children's singing group called Loud and Proud. I helped with the choreography and vocal arrangements including teaching some of the members vocal harmonies. I still go back to help them with big events and running vocal technique workshops. They have just had their 15th anniversary show June 2013.

After leaving school I went on to do a 2 year diploma in Performing Arts at Cricklade College in Andover where I excelled in singing, dance and choreography.

Moving to London in 2003 I completed a 1 year diploma in Popular Music Performance at Vocaltech, Vocal School.

After taking some time out to travel, I returned to study at the London College of Music with Vocaltech doing a 3 years Hons Degree in Popular Music Performance, which I completed in 2009 receiving a 2:1.

I went on to perform in duos and bands including being the lead singer in covers band Slim Pickings. We perform in London and South England at pub, clubs and private parties.
